The simple answer is yes! The flash presentation below is an iSpring Pro conversion of our Getting Started Guide and the navigation strip at the top of the slide can be used to move around the presentation. Note that the mouse-over popups also work on the navigation bar, as do the audio prompts.
The longer answer is that the core feature of ActivePrez Design, the navigation strip, works as seen above when converted to flash while other "active" features such as the Presenter Clock, Popups, Serial Navigator, Export Wizard do not since they use embedded code in the presentation, which iSpring cannot process.
