If you are a presenter using a non-linear PowerPoint presentation created with ActivePrez, you may need to make the one time setup below on your PC before running your presentation.
Change the security level in PowerPoint as follows:
4. Start PowerPoint
5. Click the Office Button
6. Click PowerPoint Options (at the bottom)
7. Click the Trust Center
8. Click Trust Center Settings (on the right)
9. Click Macro Settings
10. Set the security to level 1, Enable all macros...
11. Click OK
12. Click OK
13. Repeat steps 1 and 2.
Change the security level in PowerPoint as follows:
4. Start PowerPoint
5. Click Tools
6. Click Options
7. Click the Security tab
8. Click Macro Security
9. Set the security level to High
10. Click OK
11. Click OK
12. Repeat steps 1 and 2.
